Through working directly with partners, we save our clients the hassle of creating and managing a consortium. Sometimes we prime, sometimes we work under partners who are priming, and sometimes our clients want to manage a consortium themselves.

We are constantly scanning the market for potential partners, and operate a tight screening process. We continue to be tech agnostic, committing to unbiased Discovery work. We avoid reseller models in favour of two-way, long-term relationships that provide our clients with proven ‘rainbow’ teams and foster innovation.

Ruth Wilkinson

Ruth joined Clarasys in January 2022, leaving the not-for-profit sector where she worked as the Sustainability and Impact Lead at a large UK charity, to develop and implement their first sustainability strategy. She specialises in supporting businesses and not-for-profits who want to find viable ways to solve the world’s greatest problems, to increase their positive impact.Outside of work, Ruth loves open-water swimming, hiking, yoga and good food.

Sarah Rigby

Sarah is an experienced consultant with over 10 years’ experience working across end-to-end business transformation specialising in; business analysis, process improvement, customer experience and continuous improvement. She joined Clarasys in 2019 and leads our not-for-profit portfolio, advising clients on their customer-centric strategy and how best to implement. Sarah is the employee trustee of the Clarasys's Employee Ownership Trust - in which she represents people's voices to ensure the company is operating and growing in the best interest of it's employees.
