Meet those involved in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Clarasys
Estelle Douglas
Estelle joined Clarasys in September 2021 after completing an Undergraduate in Law and a Masters in Business Psychology. She enjoys working with clients to understand their processes and the challenges and opportunities which arise in them. Most recently in her time at Clarasys she has been involved in two sustainability projects, one at The Children’s trust and The Economist, which focused on carbon reporting. In the former, she designed an approach that would aim to improve the reporting process with recommendations to ensure long-term sustainability. When not at work, Estelle enjoys reading, travelling, cooking and watching the latest Marvel films.
Meera Thaker
Meera is an experienced consultant specialising in business analysis and project management, with a passion for creating innovative solutions to enhance the customer and employee experience across organisations. She has a range of experience working on large-scale Digital Transformation projects across a variety of industries, including the Public, N4P, Transport, Consumer & Industrial Products, Information Services and Legal sectors. Most recently, Meera has been conducting an analysis for the implementation of a CRM system at a large N4P organisation, working to bring process, people and technology together. Outside of work, Meera enjoys reading, writing and travelling.
