Tanya Fletcher

Tanya is an experienced Managing Consultant with expertise in delivering global transformational change initiatives, complex projects and programmes across the entire delivery lifecycle. Tanya joined Clarasys in May 2019 and has used her experience gained across Financial Services, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Professional Services and the Public Sector to help clients shape, implement and embed their change ambitions. Tanya recently led the change efforts of implementing a data classification programme, focusing on maximising awareness, increasing adoption and embedding new ways of working. When not working Tanya enjoys walking outdoors, keeping fit in the gym, yoga and reading.
