Sarah Maccallum-Orr

Sarah is an Associate Consultant that joined Clarasys in February 2023, having previously worked as a CBT therapist in the NHS and as an Associate within a multi-national asset management firm. Her most recent Clarasys engagements involved delivering a fast-paced PPM tooling discovery across multiple competing stakeholder teams, creating a business case for a CRM automation and integration project, and developing a strategy approach for a sustainable drinks start-up. Sarah's diverse experience enables her to be a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, who is passionate about getting stakeholders on board to champion innovation and successfully bridge the gap between strategy and transformation. Having grown up in the US and Belgium, outside of work Sarah loves to continue exploring different cultures through food, languages and travelling.
