Katy graduated from University College London with a degree in History and joined Clarasys as part of our Graduate Scheme in January 2020. Since then she has worked on change management, user research, and customer experience projects in both the public and private sectors. Previously Katy worked for a Member of Parliament in Westminster. She enjoys reading, swimming, and walking her dog.
