Scott Docherty
Scott is a business consultant with experience in change management across global transformation programmes, technology implementations and the introduction of new ways of working. He joined Clarasys in 2017 and has worked with a number of clients to ensure that exciting changes are delivered, embedded and effectively adopted. This has involved working closely with leadership, developing innovative engagement approaches and encouraging new ways of thinking and behaving. Outside of work Scott plays sport, with a particular focus on rugby, and is in the process of improving his "sub-par" Spanish skills.
