We are thrilled to announce that we now have a full-time performance psychologist working in house here at Clarasys. We are excited to share how this will help the experience of not only our employees but our clients too.
What is a performance psychologist?
Performance psychologists use a range of techniques and approaches to help individuals perform at their best, often in high-pressure situations such as sport or business. They help individuals better understand themselves (their thoughts, feelings, emotions etc.) in order to allow individuals to move towards the things that are important to them such as their goals and values, even if this is challenging or uncomfortable.
Who is Suzie?
Suzie is a chartered and HCPC registered sport and exercise psychologist who combines her knowledge of working with athletes competing on the international stage with three years of consulting experience to improve the performance and ensure the wellbeing of individuals across Clarasys.
