Sophie's role is to set the bar high and deliver excellence for Clarasys. She relentlessly pursues the success, health and happiness of our people so that they truly love their experience. She delivers what is right in her heart, not just her head, ensuring everyone's voice is heard and everything drives towards people’s success and accelerating Clarasys into the future. With nearly 20 years of consulting and industry experience, Sophie has a passion and a proven track record for designing and delivering solutions to make people successful in their careers. Promoting a culture that empowers our people to drive their own growth & expertise is of key importance to her. Outside of work, her passions include travel, languages and new experiences. She is trying to translate my love of travel and learning languages to her daughter who is slowly getting the hang of both!
