Felicity Radcliffe

Felicity is a people-focused business consultant and a former teacher. She is experienced in project management and change management, with a particular focus on business engagement. She has worked with public and private sector clients to analyse existing processes, implement new technology solutions and ways of working and improve the employee experience. Most recently, she completed a change piece for a global strategy house, taking a user-centred design approach to test enablement activities to improve the hybrid meeting experience across different offices. Outside of work Felicity is a lover of history and enjoys reading historical fiction and visiting historical sites and landmarks around the country.
