Ellen is a change and organisational design specialist with experience delivering transformation across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. She has worked on projects spanning organisational structure, stakeholder engagement, and behavioural change, including at PwC for financial services clients. Ellen is particularly interested in how to embed progressive organisational principles and agile methodologies that improve culture, employee engagement, and ways of working.
