Michael Watson

Michael is a Consultant specialising in product management. He brings a user-centred design approach and a systems-thinking mindset to his work, helping teams turn complex needs into clear product direction and actionable roadmaps. He has led product launches in the healthcare sector and helped shape organisational change across local government and the charity sector. Most recently, Michael has been working as a Senior Product Manager, leading the development of a reporting product and shaping its roadmap to replace a legacy system. Outside of work, Michael enjoys football, travelling and reading.
