Hannah Tomlinson
Hannah is a senior consultant with experience in operating model design, change management and user research. She has worked with a variety of clients across different industries to design target operating models, streamline processes and deliver change. Most recently Hannah has designed a Customer Experience operating model and designed the change management approach for implementation at a large not-for-profit. This builds on prior operating model experience at a leading commercial real estate client. Hannah has experience in systems thinking and employee experience. Hannah is also co-DE&I lead at Clarasys, accountable for the team delivering DE&I initiatives across the organisation.
