Emma Goldberg
Emma is a change management consultant who is fascinated by people, how they think, what connects with them, and what ultimately helps change stick. She brings that curiosity to her work through storytelling, qualitative research, and a human-centered approach to change, with experience spanning large-scale transformations, communications, training, and governance. Throughout her consulting career, Emma has focused on making complex ideas feel approachable and engaging. Her experience includes designing and delivering trainings that make technical concepts accessible and fun, as well as developing creative change campaigns that use storytelling to connect with people in meaningful ways. She is particularly interested in the intersection of psychology, storytelling, and emerging technology, and how organizations can embrace new tools like AI while keeping people at the heart of change. Outside of work, Emma can usually be found reading a Nantucket love story or psychology book, cooking or baking, or by the ocean collecting seashells.
