10th February, 2025 - Clarasys ranks high in 14 categories of the Financial Times’ UK Leading Management Consultants 2025

Clarasys is celebrating after receiving a record number of awards in the prestigious Financial Times’s UK’s Leading Management Consultants 2025 list.

The firm’s 14 accolades, a record for the business in the annual FT awards, include a gold rating in the Public and Social Sector category.

With silver ratings in the Consumer Goods and Retail sector and the Sales and CRM consulting services category, and a further seven bronze awards, the employee-owned company is considered among one of the most successful consultancies in the UK.

CEO Matt Cheung said: “Winning these awards is a testament to the dedication and expertise of our consultants. Their commitment to delivering meaningful impact across industries is why our clients come to us.

“But just as important is the determination of our clients. Their drive to improve, adapt, and push boundaries inspires us, and these honours reflect not just our work but the collaborative spirit that fuels real transformation.”

Clarasys works with organisations of all sizes and kinds, from disruptive start-ups and large multinationals, to not-for-profits and government bodies. The firm has offices in the UK and US and employs almost 200 people. In addition to excelling in the delivery of their client work, they have also been recognised in the Best Places to Work and Sunday Times Best Mid-Sized Company to Work For awards.

Clarasys consultants work closely with clients to ensure they understand their businesses and leave them with knowledge that enables rapid and sustainable change.

The company puts its success down to its people and unique business model. In 2018, Clarasys employees became the majority shareholders of the business and, as a non-hierarchical company owned by its employees, it is driven by its people, their passions, goals, and development. In 2019, the firm opened its US headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts.

The Financial Times awards are based on surveys carried out by Statista, of consultants’ clients and peers. Gold, silver, and bronze ratings are awarded to firms and networks in different categories in line with the number of times they are recommended.
