Klara has a background in Psychology and has joined Clarasys as part of the graduate scheme in January 2019. Since then, she has worked on various client projects with stakeholders from different seniority levels and backgrounds. A professional highlight for her has been (1) creating and co-leading training and change activities across multiple countries, and also (2) being involved in activities relating to internal Clarasys culture (as a Scrum Master) and wellbeing on client site (as an account Wellbeing Lead).
