Charity is a business consultant with experience in delivering change initiatives, with a focus on regulatory, technology, and data transformation within the financial services and insurance sectors. She has supported clients in translating complex requirements into actionable deliverables and implementing digital solutions, while driving stakeholder engagement and adoption. Alongside her client work, Charity has a keen interest in DE&I and purpose-led initiatives. Outside of work, Charity enjoys travelling, trying new food, and all things gym and strength training.
