Yen Ong

Yen is an experienced consultant specialising in large-scale digital transformation, including systems and process change programmes. She enjoys collaborating with clients to deliver complex global programmes and ensure a people-centric experience for employees and users during transformation. Yen has led teams and projects across different time zones and geographies, working with clients across the financial services and information services industries. Most recently, she led the creation of a tax determination product and service to broaden her client's eCommerce service offerings. Acting as product owner and collaborating with SMEs, BAs, PMs and developments teams, she delivered a service that enables a more efficient and compliant tax solution for their eCommerce. Outside of work, Yen enjoys cooking and exploring foods, playing with her dog and renovating her new home.
