London 5th February 2026 - Clarasys has been named one of the Financial Times’ Leading Management Consultancies for the sixth consecutive year, reinforcing its position as a trusted advisor to organisations navigating complex change.

This year, Clarasys received awards in 14 categories, including a silver ranking in the ‘Public and Social Sector’. Achieving accolades in so many categories is a benchmark few firms reach, and even fewer maintain - out of an estimated 8,000 management consultancies in the UK, Clarasys is one of only 169 firms recognised by the awards and 18 firms with awards in over 10 categories.

According to the awards research team: “Six consecutive years of FT recognition, and 14 categories again this year is remarkable.”

The independent rankings, compiled by the Financial Times and research partner Statista, are among the most competitive industry recognitions. Firms cannot pay to be included, and they are based entirely on recommendations from clients and industry peers. Companies were given ratings across 16 sectors and 15 specialisms based on the number of times they were recommended.

Clarasys CEO Matt Cheung said: “To achieve this recognition for six consecutive years is a direct result of the exceptional work delivered by our people. It shows that far from delivering one-off successes, we provide a sustained level of excellence that our clients have come to rely on. Whether we’re supporting the rollout of a new technology like AI, or advising on organisational design and transformation, our success is rooted in our ability to embed ourselves with our clients to solve their toughest challenges as one team.”

Clarasys is an agile business management consultancy headquartered in London with operations in the UK and US. Its consultants work closely with organisations of all sizes ranging from government bodies, to not-for-profits and large multinationals, to innovate and improve on their end-to-end customer, user, and employee experiences in ways that fuel growth and success.

In 2018, Clarasys employees became the majority shareholders of the business, which the company credits for its continued success in the Sunday Times Best Company to Work For awards. As a non-hierarchical company, its people; their passions, goals, and development propel the firm forward.
