10th May, 2024 – Clarasys named one of the Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work

Clarasys, The Experience Consultancy, has been named as one of the ‘Best Places to Work’ in the UK by the Sunday Times, in recognition of Clarasys’ ongoing commitment to creating a great workplace culture.

The award serves to underline its purpose as an organisation that aims to make “a lasting difference to the way people work, live and grow”. The employee-owned business is driven by its people and their passions, goals, and development. This is the second year in a row that Clarasys has been recognised by the Sunday Times in the Medium Organisation category.

Sophie Andrews, Chief People Officer at Clarasys said: “We are immensely proud to be recognised by the Sunday Times as one of the Best Places to Work. This accolade is a testament to the vibrant culture and the innovative spirit we’ve nurtured at Clarasys. Our commitment to creating an environment where our employees can thrive has always been at the heart of our business strategy. We believe empowering our people to take ownership and contribute to our collective vision drives our success and fosters a sense of pride and satisfaction across the team. This award is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of every Clarasys team member, and we are thrilled to celebrate this achievement together.”

The Sunday Times Award celebrates the top 100 organisations in several categories. The award in the Medium Organisations category is given to organisations with 50-249 employees that rank highly in six key areas: rewards and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, well-being, pride, and job satisfaction.

At Clarasys, these key areas are folded into a business strategy that is guided by its values, which has led naturally to a flat hierarchy, extensive coaching programme, and team of teams approach.  This approach empowers employees to get involved with projects that align with their passions and goals and enables them to deliver results again and again.

As an employee-owned business, every team member is encouraged to act as an owner and contribute to business decisions and is rewarded for their dedication to the company’s vision through a profit-sharing scheme.

Clarasys prides itself on living by its principles and leading by example by showcasing the progressive work principles and attitudes it often helps clients implement.

Clarasys’ outstanding work environment prioritises employee engagement and motivation, which allows them to deliver outstanding results, in turn, for their customers. These efforts have similarly been awarded by the Financial Times, where they ranked amongst the UK’s Leading Management Consultants in 2024, receiving silver in six categories and bronze in seven categories of their report.
